Last October, in the Basque city of San Sebastián, a new complex of the Basque Culinary Center, GOe (Gastronomy Open Ecosystem), was inaugurated. This space is dedicated to the experimentation of gastronomic and scientific trends.
GOe comprises eight research and training kitchens, 10 laboratories, two coworking spaces totaling over 1,000 square meters, spaces for companies, classrooms and multipurpose kitchens, an auditorium with a capacity of over 200 people, as well as a restaurant, a café, and approximately 1,200 square meters of public space for workshops, talks, and conferences.
It is, therefore, a place for experimentation, but also for training new professionals and a meeting point for the community.
Unión Desarrollos Electrónicos contributed to the project with the EN54 UDEVAC-6000 Voice Evacuation System, as well as the speakers installed in the various spaces. From ceiling lights for seamless integration, to acoustic projectors for clear and intelligible sound in work areas
